Institut Teknologi Tun Abdul Razak - ITTAR, was established in 1991, located at Kompleks Perindustrian Prai, Pulau Pinang. Wholly owned by KUB Malaysia Berhad, an investment holding company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

ITTAR also have Petaling jaya campus which specialised in School of Hotel and Tourism, located at Lorong Produktiviti Satu,Off Jalan Sultan, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
The ITTAR PJ, School of Hotel and Tourism provides academic studies in:

• Short Courses / Skills Certificates
• Malaysian Skills Certificate (National Occupational Skills Standards – NOSS)
• Hotel Industry Apprenticeship Scheme (under Human Resource Development Council)
